New and renewal prescriptions sent electronically or even by fax need to be activated by calling the main clinic or requesting it in person.

It may take up to 3 business days. Keep in mind however that there may be a delay. If you are needing the prescription on the same day, please arrive early. Generally speaking, the pharmacy will fill acute medications like antibiotics on the same day.

What do I need to bring with me in order to pick up my medications?

Patients must bring in their military ID to pick up their medications. If the patient is picking up for someone else, then they can show a copy of that patient’s ID or an image of their ID on their phone (front and back).

  3. Click search.
  4. Click on any “coverage rules apply.”
  5. Print out “Prior Authorization form.”
  6. Bring this form to your doctor to fill out and sign.
  7. Bring this form back to this pharmacy.
